You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of bot-able complies with Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. bot-able is not affiliated with Twitch.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bot-able shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
