• It sees the whole moment, not one line. The bot is allowed to join the conversation a few times an hour when it has something to add. Until now it judged each moment from a single chat message and almost always decided to stay quiet, even on streams where it should have spoken up. It now sees what you are playing, your stream title, the last few chat lines and what you just said on stream before it decides.
• Your engagement level matters more. On Medium and High the bot may also react in character to something happening right now, not only when it has a hard fact to add. Low stays as strict as before. The dial is in your dashboard under Bot features.

• Game, date and time, every time. Clips made with !clip or by voice used to land in Discord as "Nytt klipp!". Each one is now titled with the game or category and the exact date and time in Swedish time, so you can find the right clip later. Counter clips keep their own captions.

• Only listen when called. Today the voice companion sends everything you say to our transcription server, which listens to all of it just to catch "hej bot". We are testing a different approach: a small detector that reacts only to the sound of your wake phrase, and only then transcribes the next few seconds. Less always-on listening, and less transcription for a phrase that only matters a few times an hour.
• Your phrase, your voice. You would record your own wake phrase about twenty times, and the detector learns that sound from you specifically. In our first tests a longer phrase such as "Hallå roboten" was recognised ten times out of ten while ignoring half an hour of other speech at the same setting. Longer phrases work better than short ones, so "hej bot" will probably get a longer sibling.
• Still in the lab. This is a prototype on the founder's desk, not a release. We are checking it against full streams and reviewing how voice recordings are handled before it goes anywhere near your setup. More when it is real.

• A clear heads-up before it happens. iPhones pause web pages when the screen sleeps, which used to stop read-aloud, alert sounds and chat all at once, without a word. The Chat Monitor now warns you up front when your setup is at risk, with the exact fix: open it in Safari and use Add to Home Screen.
• The bot notices when reading stops. If your chat is busy but nothing has been read aloud for ten minutes, the bot now leaves a note in your monitor telling you when reading stopped, so a sleeping phone costs you minutes instead of half a stream.
• No more missed messages when you wake your phone. Waking the screen used to skip the first seconds of chat while the page sorted itself out. Those messages now wait their turn and are read the moment the voice is back.
• Limits you can actually see. If you ever hit a reading limit, the notice is now clearly visible instead of a tiny grey line, and a top-up unblocks you within minutes without reloading the page. The daily safety limit was also raised well past even a marathon stream.

• Silence is no longer misheard. Background hum and breathing could sometimes be turned into phantom words like "Tack." and reach the bot. The companion now measures your room better, and the server double-checks: if nobody spoke, nothing is sent.
• Two commands stay two commands. Saying two things quickly right as the companion woke up could glue them into one garbled sentence. Each now arrives on its own.
• Kinder to your PC. Left the companion running overnight? After 45 quiet minutes it now rests, and wakes instantly on your next sentence, instead of holding a connection open around the clock.
• Honest status: uneven noise is still hard. Steady backgrounds like road noise are handled well now. A revving engine right next to the mic can still fool it, and we keep tuning against real streams.

• Everyday words no longer wake the bot. Common words like "vet" and "vart" sound a little like "bot" to the transcriber and could trigger it mid-sentence. Not anymore, while real wake phrases like "Hej bot" keep working exactly as before.
• Talking about actions never performs them. Mentioning a prediction or a poll in passing can no longer end or lock one. Without a clear wake phrase, the bot will only ever act on harmless things like clips and markers, and it asks first.
• Your last sentence survives an update. If you stop the companion right as we ship a bot update, the final thing you said now waits briefly for the bot to come back instead of being lost.
• Locked doors. The voice pairing and connection endpoints got rate limits and other hardening: the quiet kind of work you never see but always benefit from.

• A full chat companion, not a command robot. Facts, trivia, jokes, rhymes, a short refrain, game tips, OBS and hardware help. If it only takes text, it answers, in your channel's own voice.
• Truly random numbers. Dice rolls, coin flips, "pick a number 1 to 100", "pick a random viewer". Computed by code, never guessed by the AI. You can ask by voice too.
• Talk is open, actions stay locked. It can chat about anything, but it can never start a poll, take a clip or change your title from a chat message. Commands still own every action.
• You set the limits. A built-in baseline is always on (no medical or legal advice, no drama about real people, no harassment), and your own "Topics the bot refuses" list adds anything you want kept off your channel.
• Fair use, automatically. Viewers get one creative request (lyrics, poems, stories) per ten minutes. You, your mods and trusted users have no cooldown.

• One command to join. Viewers enter with a chat command you choose, and can earn extra tickets from bits, gift subs and channel-point redemptions.
• Fair draws, up to ten winners. Ticket-weighted draws with cryptographic randomness, a chat countdown, and a reroll for any single winner. Drawing is restricted to you and your mods.
• A winner reveal on stream. Add the reveal animation as an OBS browser source and the drawn name plays out on screen, with a preview button on the dashboard.
• Silent winners handled. Set an optional claim message and a response window. A winner who never replies in chat is rerolled automatically.

• It learns your background. Engine, music, road noise: the companion (v0.3.6) now measures the room and tries to pick your voice out above it. A clear improvement in our testing, but loud cabs are hard and we are still tuning.
• Fewer phantom words. Noise used to be misheard as filler words and flood the bot. Most of those are now caught server-side before they reach it. Some will still slip through.
• Far fewer accidental clips. Talking about clips should no longer take one. The bot now looks for an actual request, like "ta ett klipp", before doing anything.
• Honest status: not done yet. Voice in noisy, real-world settings is the hardest thing we build, and we tune it against real streams. If it mishears you, tell us, every report makes the next version better.

• Your stream survives a restart. If the bot restarts or updates mid-stream, session counters, timers and greeted viewers carry over, and the end-of-stream stats, summary and Discord offline flip are saved even if the stream ends while the bot is down.
• Read-aloud voice upgrade. A new primary voice with natural Swedish pacing, and a fix for doubled speech when a stale home-screen copy was left open.
• Viewer Memory, readable. The dashboard page now shows each memory as its own entry with date, category and status, with per-entry delete, instead of raw storage lines.

• One command to enter. Viewers type a join command you choose. You decide who is eligible: everyone, followers, subs, VIPs or mods, in any combination.
• Extra tickets for support. Gifted subs, bits and a channel point reward you pick can all earn extra entries, with a cap you control.
• Up to ten winners per draw. One countdown, winners revealed one at a time, drawn fairly by tickets. Reroll any winner from chat or the dashboard.
• Winners who go quiet. Optionally post your own claim instructions after the draw, and auto-redraw any winner who does not reply in chat within a time you set.
• Full dashboard control. A new Giveaway page with settings, open, close and draw buttons, a live entrant list and your full winner history.

• Opt-in, always. Off by default at two levels. You turn it on in the Chat Monitor, and turning it off stops sharing within seconds.
• Area-level only. The bot only ever learns the town or area, never your exact position, and your position is never stored anywhere.
• Hidden areas. List places like your home town and the bot acts like it does not know, no matter what.
• Built for chat. Ask the bot where you are and it answers naturally, or build your own command with the new {location} variable.

• Better with background music. We are teaching the bot to cope when music bleeds into the mic. Noise and filler now get filtered out before it listens. It helps, but loud environments are still hard.
• Better at its own name. The wake phrase should land more often now, even when it gets misheard or comes at the end of a sentence, and everyday Swedish words trigger fewer accidental commands.
• Voice polls, more reliable. A garbled poll topic no longer kills the poll outright, and the bot listens for the answer when it asks you a follow-up question.
• Still a work in progress. Results vary with your mic and surroundings, and we keep chipping away at it. Update to v0.3.4 from your dashboard and keep telling us what mishears.

• A backup voice engine, always on standby. Kicks in automatically the moment your primary voice service is slow, errors out, or becomes unreachable. No setting to flip, no button to press.
• You and your viewers won't notice. Read-aloud just keeps working, in Swedish and English, exactly like before.
• Comes back on its own. Once your primary voice service is healthy again, the switch back happens automatically too, no manual steps either way.
• Tested under real pressure. Verified against real, rapid-fire chat activity, back to back, with zero failures before shipping.

• One-click setup. Connect Discord straight from your dashboard. No manual webhook copying, no technical setup.
• Automatic go-live posts. A live-updating embed with your viewer count and stream duration, flips to "offline" on its own once your stream ends.
• Automatic clips and recaps. Every clip gets an AI-written caption and the Twitch thumbnail, and every stream gets an AI-written recap once you go offline.
• Full control. Choose which channel each post lands in, and optionally ping a role, including @everyone for your biggest moments.

• "Hej bot" now answers back. A bare wake gets "Ja? Jag lyssnar" so you know you were heard.

• Sharper ears. Speech recognition now knows the command vocabulary, and game changes match exactly what you said.

• Typo guard. Misspell a name in !remember and the bot suggests the real chatter ("menade du pappajimboo?").
• No more fake saves. The bot teaches you the right syntax instead of pretending it saved something.
• Smarter interjections. The bot joins conversations using what it actually remembers about you.

• No repeats. The bot remembers its own recent lines and finds a new angle every time.
• Timers wait for real chat. Bot messages no longer stack up in a quiet room.
• Human pacing. One reply at a time, no bursts, no blurting the second a stream goes live.

Go-live announcements, clips posted straight to your server, and AI-written stream summaries, written fresh every time, never a generic template.

• "Hej bot, byt kategori till Euro Truck Simulator 2". And done. The first game-category change ever made by voice on bot-able.
• Found and fixed live. A bug silencing about half of everything said on its way to the bot was found, fixed and verified mid-stream.
• Better outdoors. The wake phrase now lands much better on a phone outdoors, and a garbage filter keeps noise and music from confusing recognition.
• Update available. A new Voice Companion version with all of these fixes is on the dashboard.

• Your CPU is free again. The old version ran a full AI speech model on your computer while you streamed. That's gone. The new app only captures your voice and sends it, encrypted and compressed, about 30 MB per 4 hour stream.
• IRL and mobile ready. The app barely uses any resources, so it runs happily alongside OBS even where every bit of CPU counts. A one-time OBS routing setup brings your voice in on IRL streams.
• Privacy stays tight. Audio is transcribed in memory on our EU servers and thrown away immediately. Never saved, never stored, never used to identify anyone by voice. Only the text reaches the bot.
• Same Swedish accuracy. The same Swedish-trained speech model as before, just on our hardware instead of yours.

• Tap a name, take action. See any viewer's Twitch profile and timeout (1 min, 10 min, 1 hour), ban or unban, right from chat. Actions run under your own account, so they show up correctly in your Twitch mod log.
• Send chat from the monitor. A composer at the bottom of the screen. Type a message and it lands in your Twitch chat via the bot, including !commands for scene switching and alerts.

• Events survive a closed phone. Subs, resubs, gift subs, raids and cheers are recorded even while your phone is off. Open the monitor and an "Earlier in this stream" section shows what you missed.
• Viewers and uptime at a glance. The top strip shows your live viewer count and how long you have been streaming.
• Read-aloud, your way. New toggles for what the voice reads, and it speaks Swedish and English messages with the right voice automatically.
